5K To Benefit Emily’s Power For A Cure
Join us for the Second annual St. Patrick’s Day 5K to raise funds and awareness to fight neuroblastoma–a rare form of childhood cancer. Participants can walk or run their way through our timed 5K course starting in Knoxville’s Old City. All participants will receive a commemorative shirt. Once finished, a pizza buffet will be provided by our hosts to all finishers. All finishers 21+ will also be rewarded with beer from our kind sponsors–after all, it is St. Patrick’s Day.

Monday: Boursin Burger!!!- A burger patty cooked to temp and topped with a decadent boursin cheese and tobacco onions, served on a butter toasted bun with lettuce and tomato. One side.
Tuesday: Texas Chicken- A moist and tender 10oz chicken breast blackened and topped with coleslaw, served on texas toast. One side.
Wednesday: French Dip- Roasted beef and caramelized peppers and onions. Served on a butter toasted bun with a side of Au Jus. One side.
Thursday: Meatloaf- Classic meatloaf, served over hot mashed potatoes and topped with a mushroom gravy. One side.
Friday: Cajun Fried Catfish- A piece of catfish dredged in cajun flour, and fried…YUM! One side.
